Travel inclusions — airport transfer, accommodation

Travel inclusions cover return airport transfers from Bodrum (BJV) — approximately one hour to the Didim clinic — and hotel accommodation in Didim for the duration of the treatment trips. Most full-mouth implant cases require two trips: a surgical trip for placement and provisionalisation, and a delivery trip 3–6 months later for the definitive prosthesis.

What is not included

Aftercare recall costs are typically £80–£150 per visit at a UK private hygienist or partner clinic, with a recommended frequency of every 6 months in the maintenance phase and 3-monthly in the first year. Annual aftercare cost is therefore approximately £160–£600 depending on recall frequency.

Prosthetic replacement at 7–10 years

The prosthesis is a wear-driven service item and is replaced at the 7–10 year mark in most cases — not because of failure but because of expected ceramic wear and component fatigue. The replacement cost is the prosthesis component of the original quote, not the full implant package.

Implant-brand warranty terms

Straumann and Nobel Biocare carry a manufacturer lifetime warranty on the fixture under the conditions set out by each manufacturer. Buser and colleagues report 10-year fixture survival of 93–97% across full-arch rehabilitations under standard maintenance protocols.³

Bookings are confirmed against a £500 deposit applied to the final treatment fee. The deposit is refundable up to four weeks before the surgical trip.
