Turkey teeth cost in 2026 ranges from £100 for whitening to £3,500 for All-on-4 full-arch implants at Vista Smile Studio in Didim, Turkey. Itemised: veneers from £180 per unit, zirconia crowns from £120, Hollywood Smile package from £2,400, single implants from £450. Vista has treated 527+ UK patients, holds International Health Tourism Authorization (HTAC), and quotes packages in GBP-stable pricing including transfer, hotel, treatment, and the 5-year guarantee. The full itemised table, the UK comparison, and the 10-year total-cost view follow.

The 2026 price list at Vista Smile Studio

Cosmetic dentistry cost in Turkey at Vista Smile Studio in 2026 starts at £100 for whitening, £120 per unit for zirconia crowns, £180 per unit for veneers, £450 for a single dental implant, £2,400 for the Hollywood Smile package, and £3,500 for All-on-4 full-arch implants. All prices are GBP-stable, quoted in writing before booking, and inclusive of treatment, materials, transfer, hotel, and the 5-year guarantee on cosmetic work.

Pricing is presented in pound sterling and quoted in writing before any deposit is taken. Prices below are starting prices for the standard package; complex cases (heavy restorative history, prior failed work, or additional procedures such as bone grafting) are quoted on a case-by-case basis after diagnostic scanning.

    Veneers

Porcelain laminate veneers from £180 per unit (feldspathic and lithium disilicate). Zirconia veneers and full e.max packages are quoted on assessment. Reduction is targeted at 0.3–0.7 mm to preserve enamel as the bonded substrate, in line with the Magne biomimetic protocol referenced across Vista's clinical work.

    Zirconia crowns

Monolithic zirconia crowns from £120 per unit. Indication is structural rather than purely aesthetic — heavily restored teeth, severe discolouration where masking is required, or full-arch rehabilitation. Where a more conservative restoration is clinically appropriate, the consultation will recommend it.

    Single dental implants

Single dental implants from £450, abutment and crown from £180 per unit. Standard implant systems carry a manufacturer's lifetime guarantee on the fixture; restorative components are covered by Vista's 5-year guarantee. Bone grafting and sinus lift, where indicated, are quoted separately.

    All-on-4 and All-on-6

All-on-4 full-arch fixed bridge from £3,500 per arch; All-on-6 from £4,200 per arch. Pricing covers four or six implants, the temporary acrylic bridge, and the final monolithic zirconia bridge fitted at the second visit. Two-trip protocol over approximately 4–6 months.

    Hollywood Smile package

The Hollywood Smile package starts at £2,400 and covers a 16-unit upper-arch porcelain veneer set with diagnostic wax-up, intra-oral mock-up, and final cementation. The package is the entry point for patients prioritising the fully whitened anterior aesthetic.

    Whitening

In-clinic professional whitening from £100. Indication is on natural dentition where shade improvement of 2–4 VITA tabs is achievable; outcome on heavily restored or tetracycline-stained teeth varies and is discussed in the consultation.

Methodology: Vista 2026 published price list; UK comparison from BDA Private Fee Guide (S012, S015) and BACD member-clinic published ranges 2025–2026. Indicative only; final quotation depends on clinical assessment.

UK private-clinic prices: the BDA benchmark

UK private-clinic pricing for cosmetic dentistry is not standardised; clinics publish their own fees within market ranges captured by the British Dental Association's Private Fee Guide3 and by the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's member-clinic surveys. The mid-range for a porcelain laminate veneer in UK private practice in 2025–2026 sits between £750 and £1,500 per unit. Zirconia crowns sit between £600 and £1,100 per unit. A single implant with abutment and crown sits between £2,000 and £2,800. All-on-4 per arch sits between £12,000 and £18,000 in mid-market UK private practice.

The BDA's published position on dental tourism5 notes that comparable clinical standards are available outside the UK, and that the regulatory framework that applies depends on the country of treatment. In Turkey, the Ministry of Health's International Health Tourism Authorization (HTAC) is the equivalent licensing instrument; Vista holds an active HTAC licence. The NHS does not provide veneers for cosmetic indications, so the UK private-clinic figure is the relevant comparison.

    The cost delta quantified

UK private-clinic veneer pricing typically ranges £750–£1,500 per unit using the BDA fee-guide range as benchmark, against Vista Smile Studio's 2026 price of from £180 per unit. For a 10-unit upper-arch veneer case, the difference is approximately £5,700–£13,200 before travel and accommodation. Vista's package is inclusive of those costs, narrowing the comparison to a single delivered price.

The calculator above provides the live figure for any combination of treatment and unit count. The following worked example fixes the variables for clarity. A 10-unit upper-arch porcelain veneer case at Vista costs from £1,800 in clinical fees, with airport transfer from Bodrum (BJV, approximately one hour from Didim), seven nights' hotel, and the 5-year guarantee included in the package. The same case at the UK BDA mid-range costs between £7,500 and £15,000 in clinical fees alone, with accommodation and travel borne by the patient where the case requires multiple visits.

The headline saving on clinical fees is £5,700 to £13,200. After Vista's included travel and accommodation are netted against UK travel-and-time-off, the typical net saving for a UK patient sits in the £6,000 to £12,500 range for a comparable case. The breakdown is detailed in the companion article on the full set of veneers cost in Turkey.

What's actually included in the package

Vista Smile Studio's package pricing covers treatment and materials, airport transfer from Bodrum (BJV), hotel accommodation for the treatment stay, intraoral scanning, follow-up review, the 5-year guarantee documentation, and the UK aftercare partner-clinic introduction. Add-ons such as additional hotel nights, companion travel, and elective procedures outside the agreed plan are quoted separately and added to the written treatment plan before booking.

    Treatment and materials

Diagnostic intra-oral scan, digital wax-up, silicone reduction guide, ceramic fabrication in the partner laboratory, fitting, occlusal adjustment, polishing, and final photographs for the clinical record are included. Where a case requires endodontic work, extractions, bone grafting or sinus lift, those procedures are itemised separately on the written treatment plan before any deposit is taken.

    Transfer, hotel, and travel

Return airport transfer between Bodrum airport and the Vista partner hotel in Didim is included. Hotel accommodation for the treatment stay (typically 5–7 nights for a single-trip case, or 5 + 5 nights split across the two-trip implant protocol) is included. Flights from the UK are not included; UK patients book independently to retain control of dates and carrier choice.

    Aftercare and guarantee

The 5-year guarantee on cosmetic work covers defined ceramic failure modes (chipping, debonding, fracture) where the case is followed up in line with the maintenance schedule. Vista provides an introduction to UK aftercare partner clinics for routine post-treatment checks. Routine 6-monthly hygienist visits in the UK remain the patient's responsibility and are not included in the package.

For the full inclusion list and exclusions, see the companion article on what's included in a Turkey dental package.

    Exchange-rate sensitivity and currency risk

Cosmetic dentistry cost in Turkey is sensitive to the GBP/TRY exchange rate when invoiced in lira and converted at payment. Vista Smile Studio quotes packages in GBP-stable pricing — the figure in the written treatment plan is the figure paid, irrespective of intervening TRY moves. Patients paying a balance on completion are not exposed to currency movement between booking and travel.

    GBP-stable vs TRY-converted pricing

Two pricing conventions are common in Turkish dental tourism. TRY-converted pricing quotes the figure in lira and converts at the day's spot rate when the patient pays; the GBP figure on the website is indicative only. GBP-stable pricing quotes the figure in pound sterling on the treatment plan and contracts to that figure regardless of intervening currency moves. Vista uses GBP-stable pricing.

To illustrate the difference, consider a 10-unit veneer case quoted at 90,000 TRY in a TRY-converted clinic. At GBP/TRY of 40, the patient pays £2,250; at 50, £1,800; at 60, £1,500. The patient's exposure to currency movement between booking and treatment is the difference. Under GBP-stable pricing, the figure on the treatment plan is paid as written.

    Deposit timing

The standard structure at Vista is deposit on booking, balance on completion. The deposit secures the slot and the price; the balance is paid by bank transfer or card on the treatment day. Patients who prefer to lock the entire price in advance can pay the full amount on booking; patients who prefer to retain flexibility on the balance pay only the deposit until they arrive. Either route protects against currency movement on the agreed GBP figure.

    VAT, customs, and HMRC position

Treatment delivered in Turkey is not subject to UK Value Added Tax. UK VAT applies to the supply of goods and services in the United Kingdom; medical and dental treatment received abroad falls outside that scope. No customs duty applies to personal medical or dental treatment received outside the UK — the patient is bringing back a restored dentition rather than imported goods.

The General Dental Council's continuing-care expectation under Standards for the Dental Team Standard 7.12 applies to UK-registered dentists providing aftercare and is independent of where the original treatment was delivered. UK patients returning from treatment abroad register with a UK-registered dentist for routine care and present the Vista treatment plan and 5-year guarantee documentation at the registration appointment.

This section is general guidance. Personal tax circumstances vary; HMRC publishes its current position on overseas medical and dental treatment, and patients with complex tax situations should take independent tax advice.

    The 10-year total-cost-of-ownership view

Headline price is one variable in the cost calculation. Total cost of ownership over the expected service life of the restoration is a more complete metric. The following worked example fixes the variables for a 10-unit upper-arch porcelain veneer case at the published 2026 prices.

    Vista 10-year TCO

Upfront clinical fee at Vista (from £180 per unit × 10 units): £1,800. Travel and accommodation included in the package. Maintenance: 6-monthly hygienist visits at a UK private clinic at approximately £80 per visit, £160 per year, £1,600 over 10 years. Replacement reserve at 10% of upfront cost: £180. 10-year TCO ≈ £3,580.

    UK private-clinic 10-year TCO

Upfront clinical fee at UK BDA mid-range (£900 per unit × 10 units): £9,000. Travel cost not material (local clinic). Maintenance: same £1,600 over 10 years. Replacement reserve at 10%: £900. 10-year TCO ≈ £11,500.

The difference of approximately £7,920 over the 10-year window holds even before factoring the cost-per-year metric. The hedge: TCO depends on individual maintenance behaviour and whether a replacement is required within the window. Veneer survival data sit at approximately 91% at 10 years for porcelain laminate veneers prepared and bonded to a conservative protocol1. The replacement reserve assumes one re-do across the 10-unit set.

    Finance and payment options

UK patients commonly use one of three payment pathways. A UK personal loan from a high-street bank or specialist lender at typical APRs of 8–15% over a 1- to 5-year term. A UK-regulated 0% medical-finance provider over typical 6- to 24-month terms, subject to credit check. Vista direct instalment — deposit on booking, balance on completion — which keeps the patient on the GBP-stable pricing without exposure to currency movement.

Vista does not offer regulated UK consumer credit; finance products are arranged through UK-regulated providers. The detailed pathway comparison and the criteria each provider applies is covered in the dedicated article on Turkey teeth finance options for UK patients.

Next step: getting a written quotation

The fastest route to a binding GBP figure is the diagnostic consultation: an intra-oral scan, two reference photographs, and a brief clinical history. Vista returns a written treatment plan with the GBP total, the inclusion list, and the proposed two-trip schedule within five working days. The clinic operates from Didim (Altinkum), Aydın province, with airport transfer from Bodrum (BJV, approximately one hour). Lead clinician Dr. Yusuf Aydin (DDS, 15+ years cosmetic dentistry) reviews each plan personally.

The companion article on why cosmetic dentistry is cheaper in Turkey explains the underlying cost structure for patients who want the rationale before booking the consultation.
