These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vistasmileturkey.com and any quotation, booking or treatment arrangement made with Vista Smile Studio (“we”, “us”), a private dental clinic based in Didim, Aydın, Turkey. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Vista Smile Studio is a Turkish-registered dental practice. All clinical work is performed in Turkey by dentists licensed with the Turkish Ministry of Health. Information on this website is directed at adults, including UK residents considering treatment abroad.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with site security, copy substantial portions of content, or use automated tools to scrape data without our written consent.

3. Information, not advice

Content on the site, including treatment descriptions, prices and timelines, is for general information. It is not a substitute for a clinical examination and does not create a dentist-patient relationship until a written treatment plan is agreed.

4. Quotes and prices

All published prices are guide prices in pounds sterling for indicative purposes. A formal quote is provided only after we review your photos, X-rays and medical history. Quotes are valid for 60 days unless stated otherwise. Final treatment cost may change if clinical findings on arrival differ from those used for the indicative plan; any change will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds.

5. Bookings, deposits and payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure clinical chair time, hotel and transfer bookings. The balance is payable in clinic before treatment is delivered. We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfer. Card payments are processed in Turkish lira; your card provider applies the prevailing exchange rate.

6. Travel arrangements

Where we arrange airport transfers or accommodation, we act as your booking agent with third-party suppliers. Their own terms apply. We are not a tour operator and the package travel rules of UK Regulation 2018/634 do not apply to clinical-only bookings.

7. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival: deposit transferable to a future date within 12 months.
• Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival: deposit forfeit unless we can re-fill the slot.
• If we have to cancel for clinical or operational reasons, we refund any sums you have paid, including the deposit.

8. Your responsibilities as a patient

You agree to disclose your full medical history, current medications and allergies; to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions; to attend agreed appointments; and to ensure you have valid travel documents and travel/medical insurance.

9. Aftercare and guarantees

We provide written guarantees on selected restorations (for example, 5 years on porcelain crowns and veneers, lifetime manufacturer warranty on supported implant fixtures). Guarantees are conditional on you attending recommended check-ups, maintaining good oral hygiene and not causing damage through trauma, bruxism without a night-guard, smoking or other risk factors. Full guarantee terms are issued in writing with your treatment plan.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability for any matter arising from your use of the website (excluding clinical care) is limited to £100. Liability for clinical care is governed by Turkish law and our professional indemnity insurance.

11. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Vista Smile Studio. You may not reproduce them without permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

For website use and bookings made by UK residents, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you may bring a claim in the English courts. Treatment performed in Turkey is governed by Turkish law and the courts of Aydın, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction over clinical matters. Our complaints procedure is set out in our Complaints Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
